In the last year, the number of players on Pickleheads grew over 400% with no paid advertising. It’s now the top mobile app for pickleball on iOS and Android and endorsed by USA Pickleball and the Global Pickleball Federation. In December, we raised a $2.5M Seed round to capitalize on this growth and solidify our position as the must-have app for players.
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to make Pickleheads the go-to platform for organizing rec play at every court in the country!

What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally to rebrand Pickleheads from a court finder to the operating system for rec play
- Design national and local marketing campaigns to increase the number of active organizers on our platform
- Lead marketing collaborations with key partners like USA Pickleball and DUPR
- Launch an affiliate program to incentive organizers to adopt Pickleheads for round robins, leagues, tournaments, and more
- Get Pickleheads branding and signage out to thousands of courts across the US
- Build a best-in-class swag program
- Coordinate our presence at conferences and live events
- Update our users on new feature and product improvements
