In the last year, the number of players on Pickleheads grew over 400% with no paid advertising. It’s now the top mobile app for pickleball on iOS and Android and endorsed by USA Pickleball and the Global Pickleball Federation. In December, we raised a $2.5M Seed round to capitalize on this growth and solidify our position in the market as the must-have app for players.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of Pickleheads. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role where you’ll work closely with the founders and product team to lead development, solve complex technical challenges, and build an exceptional user experience.
A key aspect of this role will be working on our round robin tool, a rapidly growing part of our platform. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine game logic, optimize matchmaking algorithms, and ensure the tool scales effectively as our user base grows.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to own the technical direction of a high-growth product while remaining hands-on with code. You’ll play a key role in architecting and scaling our platform, mentoring engineers, and making crucial product decisions.
